Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

At BachaCompany, we take great care to ensure that each product meets our quality standards and reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you wish to cancel or return an order, please review the following policy.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • To cancel an order, please email us at contact@bachacompany.in with your order number as soon as possible.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If your cancellation request is received in time, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the rare case of a product being damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us at contact@bachacompany.in within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on certain product categories such as:

  • Feeding accessories (e.g. bottles, spoons, forks)

  • Personal care items

  • Opened or used products

All return and replacement decisions will be made at the sole discretion of BachaCompany, with the intention of ensuring fairness and customer satisfaction.
